Cash Management Table to get back date UnReconcile Data

Dear ,

i have a query to get data from table CE_AVAILABLE_TRANSACTIONS_V but its shows only current month but i need all back dates data also

like my parameter is (date as) so if i run report 31-Dec-2022 transactions shows because transaction is unreconciled 30-Dec-2022 but when i ran on 31-Jan-2023 same transaction not shown because its reconcile on 13-Jan-2023

so i want history table also
