Please help with a report or a way to extract the information regarding assets to tie to the trial balance.

The information we need is: the asset name, and number, the original purchase price, the accumulated depreciation by asset and the location of that asset, the date the asset was activated - meaning when depreciation started.

It should be listing of the assets that make up the purchase balance. Should tie to the trial balance.
