How to Mass update Project Types on existing projects

Summary:

Some projects have been created with the wrong project type (inherited from the project template), therefore we need to update of the project type to replace the existing one on the projects. Project Type is a unmodifiable field in the UI.

Content (required):

We are looking for a mass update tool that allows us to update the project type multiple projects.

We already searched on docs.oracle.com and nor the FBDI or the Import Management tools provide access to update the project type. Can this be done via RESTAPI?
