How to assign same territory from parent account to its child hierarchy?

Hi,

When we have an account hierarchy where the parent account has few different attributes than child accounts, but we want same territory to be assign to all accounts in the hierarchy. How can we do that?

Ex.: We have a territory for large companies and other territory for small companies. Then we have a parent account as "large" and its child account as "small", but we want both parent and child accounts to be assigned the "large" territory.
