There is an issue with a business user in a new cloud deployment where they perform ad hoc retrieves within SmartView currently against an on-prem application. In testing with the cloud application, the retrieve times out while they are zooming and pivoting across the applications. After a while, they run into a timeout error for timeout, retrieval error. I create the issue on my computer with the same result. If I disconnect, reconnect, click on ad hoc analysis, reuse existing ad hoc and, the data retrieve completes.
