Costed Indented BOM report?

Summary:

We're in need of what in EBS was a Costed Indented BOM report which ties out to the rolled up costs for a given assembly/scenario combination. It should, ideally, go from the top level down to the lowest level showing unit costs for every component/resource as well as the extended cost based on the quantity per in the top level item reported. Does such a thing exist?
