How to get Employees bank accounts details from third party HR System to a non-Payroll environment?

Summary:

We are implementing Finance modules only in Oracle, when the HR information are in a different cloud system.

We are requested to create an inbound integration to get employees bank information into Oracle for finance use.

PS: We don't have a Payroll setup in Oracle.
