Transaction not updated in the table CST_TRANSACTION_COSTS

Summary:

Transaction ID from CST_TRANSACTIONS is not reflected in CST_TRANSACTION_COSTS

Content (required):

I have created a Transfer Order, completed the shipment and receipt from the respective organizations and run the 'Transfer transactions from inventory to costing' and 'Create Cost Accounting Distributions'. Both completed successfully. However when checked cst_transaction_costs table, corresponding transaction id of the Transfer Order, which is updated in cst_transactions table is not available.

Please note that when I executed the same in Test environment, I am not facing this issue.

Kindly let me know if any configuration is missing as there was no issue in creation of Transfer Order.
