Forecast Consumption not working as expected

Content (required):

EXAMPLE 1 : When there is a Sales Order for 5000 Nos in May 2023 & the the Backward consumption & forward consumption is put as 30 days each in the Plan Options , only the forward consumption is happenning for June 2023 whereas the backward consumption for Apr 2023 is not happenning.

EXAMPLE 2 : When there is a Sales Order for 5000 Nos in May 2023 & only the the Backward consumption put as 60 days each in the Plan Options , it is working as expected & the Forecast for May 2023 & June 2023 is not coming.


Could some one check & confirm what is the issue & how it can be resolved please
