Want to hide "Receive" button on My Receipts page

We don't want to allow requester to receive Req/POs, but allow requester to query unreceived Req/POs.

How can we hide "Receive" button on My Receipts page?

I think if the user does not have "Create Self-Service Receiving Receipt" privilege, system hide it.

So, I have created a custom role with removing "Create Self-Service Receiving Receipt" privilege from "Receiving Management Requester" role.

But when we use this custom role and open My Receipts page, system shows nothing. It shows blank page.
