Unable to view historical shipments forecast

Summary:

We are unable to view the shipments forecasts generated for past weeks when Demand Plan is being run today.

Content (required):

This is a functionality which was working fine until now. Without making any changes to the Demand Plan, all of a sudden the plan stopped displaying the forecasts for previous weeks. We ran the plan with offset of 4 weeks and it generated forecasts against those 4 weeks. Then when we remove the offset, the forecast for those 4 weeks again disappear.
