Is possibile don't delete VCN to continue OCI exercises ? Or must I pay to learn?

when I create my first Cluster (OKE) and I have have yet 2 VCN

Hello,

I'm trying to create my first Cluster on OCI in the "Developer Services"/Kubernetes Cluster(OKE)" Section and using a free account. I have yet created others 2 VCN during my exercises following OCI course to prepare me at the Certification.

So, when I try to create this cluster, I have this error :
