Data Load Rule still iming out after increasing Batch Timeout

We have a data load rule that is consistently timing out within 5-6 minutes. We increased the Batch Timeout to 60 minutes but the data load rule still fails and stops processing after 5-6 minutes. . The logs show that BATCH_TIMEOUT is 300000 so it appears that the new timeout of 60 minutes is not taking effect? I also attached the log file. Thank you
