Can we make the education block mandatory in the application flow, so that the candidates applying for the job application will not skip the education section?

The information filled in by the candidates is further used for screening. Making the education block mandatory according to the requirement would help the business process of screening by making it easier since particular information about all the applicants would be available and would help to find the best fit for the requisition.
