Error when loading data using HCM Spreadsheet loader

Hi,

i am getting the following error when trying to upload data using the HCM Spreadsheet loader:

A WorkTerms object couldn't be created from this record as the parent reference differs from that supplied for another row for the same WorkTerms.


i have attached the template being used with data.

Please advise
