Global transfer wrong date and cancelled work relationship

User has globally transferred on the wrong date and cancelled the WR.

Hi all
I'm on SR number 3 with this one so would appreciate some expertise. The user globally transferred 2 assignments with the date of 1st Nov 2022 but this should have been 1st Apr 2022.
The WR was cancelled leaving us unable to see the employment screen and a payroll relationship/salary change created for 1st Nov 22 which I can't delete.
Oracle support gave me an HDL code which didn't originally work but eventually it corrected the termination date of the old records (old employer) to 31st March 2022. However, I can't change the global transfer date to the new employer.
