To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Issue in Resignation Approval Flow when Line Manager is Inactive.

Summary:

As per the current Resignation Approval Flow, when an employee resigns, the approval goes to 1st level Line Manager(L1), then goes to HR and then goes to 2nd level Line Manager(L2).

We need to add one condition in the existing Approval flow, so that it will check whether L1 is having active assignment or not.

If L1 is not having active assignment, then approval flow will be, L2 and then HR.

But if L1 is active then approval flow should be, L1, HR and then L2.

Please help us to achieve the above condition in approval flow.
