Biographical Info fields based on country rule are not working

Summary:

We have a requirement to enable Town of Birth, Region of Birth and Country of Birth fields for France and disable for other countries in Biographical Info under Personal Details. We have created different rules by restricting them based on Country to achieve this.

However, we are facing the issue if selecting France as country for this particular rule where above mentioned fields are made visible, these fields are not showing up under personal details in responsive UI.

Please let me know if anyone has worked on a similar requirement or achieved this configuration. It would be of great help.
