Summary:

Hi - we're trying to unpick some of the implementer's customisations to allow us to use restricted Roles. One of these is around Payroll Flows.

We're trying to run a custom Payroll Flow. One item on the Payroll Checklist is 'Skip Archive', which is a manual task and needs to be manually marked as complete so that the remaining tasks complete as expected.

When we use the HCM Data Role that the implementer provided a couple of years ago, it works as expected. However, if we create another custom Role and assign this instead (even if the new Data Role points to the original Job Role), then the user can no longer see the 'Mark as Complete' option.
