Forfeiting only partial amount of the Carryover on the employee specific custom date.

Summary:

Only the excess amount more than 24 Days need to be forfeited on the employee specific custom date.

Content (required):

We have a requirement where in if there is a transfer from Bangalore (accrues 18/yr, ceiling and carryover is 45; no expiry to the carryover) to Trivandrum (accrues 12/yr, ceiling is 45 but carryover is 24 and have an expiry of 12 months), then they should be able to carryforward 45 days for the first year and the excess amount on the top of TVM's 24 days has to be expired after 12 months of the transfer date.

We have achieved everything except the forfeiting an excess amount. Can any one suggest an idea to forfeit only additional balance that too after 12 months of the transfer date and not the carryover date.

Howdy, Stranger!
