OIC Sending Email Digest to different groups based on filter criteria.

Description (Required):

OIC currently sends digest email for status a configured frequency, but this is sent only to fixed mailing list. this idea is to support sending this digest to use groups by groups say (integration type - scheduled, or integrations matching search criterion) to specific group.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

There are different support teams based on integrations - this will be help easily identify failure specific to those integrations. Or frequent failure on a specific and critical integrations to specified groups who can take action on this. Say e.g. All calls going to a specific system - (connector level) are failing - email alerts to only that team will help intervene early.
