PBCS Users and Power Users not able to retrieve YTD Data in HsGetsValue Reports
Summary:
I believe this has to do with the PBCS update that happened on friday because this was not an issue last week. Power Users and Users have been using HsGetValue reports in excel to extract data from PBCS. They are able to run them for 1 single period but when trying to run them for Y-T-D or Q-T-D they are met with an error of "Planning provider error". I myself am a Service Administrator and I am able to run the reports fine for Y-T-D and Q-T-D periods. To test I changed 1 user to Service Administrator and they were
