Time Card showing blank for newly-created Hours Type

I've created an element (Abstractor) as a Standard | Regular Earnings element. I then ran the flow Create Time Card Calculation Components to add the CIR element to the element and also ran the flow Compile Formula for all Abstractor elements (Abstractor%) and wildcard value for Formula Type. I then added the element to the time card layout for Non-Exempt through the task Time Entry Layout Components. The issue that I'm running into is that you can select the Abstractor time card entry but when going from the hours entry to the calculation section (the second step before submitting for
