Import Comments for Right Click Menus

We have a client who is requesting instead of right-clicking and adding a comment, etc., in a form, is there a capability of importing those in mass import? For example, they want to be able use excel and put the comment in a cell at upper levels (which requires right-click) and when they are done, import the entire worksheet into Planning.

We told them we would pose the question to see if anyone knows a workaround.
