How can I integrate with MS Dynamics 365 using a service account instead of the CPQ user

Summary:

Some of our quote approvers do not use MS D365 often. I've found that when I had the "Export to CRM" integration on the Submit action, the approvers were getting errors because the logon token was expired.

QUOTE UPSERT ERROR : Response Error Status-Code[HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized]:

It became such a hassle that I had to remove the Integration from the Submit action. As a result, we don't get to send the status of Approved to D365. Is there a way I can use a special integration to D365 with a service account instead of the approving user account?
