Will Oracle push out the new MACRS bonus Depreciation Methods in the next quarterly release?

New depreciation method rates for 2023 related to MACRS bonus depreciation methods are needed as per the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act

I see there is a document Doc ID 2860300.1 which includes the new rates

Are clients expected to load the new rates or will these rates be pushed to clients in the next quarterly release 23B?
