ORC: Confirm Candidate Job Application using HDL

Dear Colleague,

Does anyone have idea if candidate job application can be confirmed using HDL?

Basically we are having thousands of unconfirmed candidate's for which we have managed to update the "ConfirmedFlag" using HDL for "Candidate" business object. And with that, candidates are started appearing in "Candidate Search" but their job application still remains under "Unconfirmed Applications".

And if we trying to update the respective candidate job applications "Confirmed Flag", it is failing throwing an error to check in diagnostics test which is ultimately like "java.lang.NullPointerException at oracle.apps.hcm.recruiting.hiring.submissions.core.protectedModel.util.SubmissionHDLUtil.validateLogicalCorrection(SubmissionHDLUtil.java:665)......and so on".
