Selecting Correct Valuation Structure

Hello Experts,

Need your expert advice on selecting Valuation Structure.

We are going to Use Actual Cost Method. We are having Lot Controlled Item and Serial Controlled Item. But Serial Controlled Item are NOT Lot controlled.

I am interested to know how to set up valuation structure?. we have option to choose from below two. if I choose Cost ORG, ORG, Lot, then will it consider serial controlled item in valuation structure?
