Summary: Is there a way to Freeze Age Band Rate after election, so the rate never increases after initial election for a voluntary plan, age based rate?
Content (required):For example, Critical Illness is configured with age band rates. Employee elects at 33 years old. Age band rates are 30-33, 34-36, 37-39, etc. The next calendar year, associate is 34 but should continue paying the rate associated with the 30-33 band.
