How to setup a carrier-org receiving calendar?

Need to setup carrier-org receiving calendars

We have carriers deliver products to each org only on certain days of a week. I think we can use carrier-org receiving calendars to limit the planning engine only schedule planned dock date on the delivery dates. Which task or UI can I use to setup it? Or use FBDI is the only way?
