Learning Records subject area - Assigned Learning Item Information

Content (required):

1)   Assigned Learning Effective Date (Assigned Learning Item Information)

Oracle doc says this is the “effective start date of the learning item”. I expected to see the date the course was created, but I get multiple records returned per course, with different dates.

Is it linked to learning assignments against the course?

2)  Learning Item Total Expect Effort

Oracle doc says this is "expected effort to complete the learning item of the learning record". I don't get many results returned when I add the field to a report.

What is the difference between the Expected Effort and Learning Item Total Expected Effort fields?
