Edit Supplier Registration button text using Page Composer

Client request is to update text of this button from "Save for Later" to "Send To Supplier to Complete/Save For Later"

The text for this button is not editable like most text fields. It appears to be a custom action. Overwriting with a Text Resource has very bad effects, entire page breaks. Looking for proper steps to follow to update this text.

This will allow us to more closely mimic the EBS "invite supplier" function and get around the limitation whereby Questionnaires are not available on Internal Registration.
