Refrain from transferring CIP lines until project is completed

Hi,

There is a requirement to refrain from CIP lines being transferred to FA through Mass Addition until a project is completed. For example, a CIP clearing line cannot be transferred to FA until the corresponding project is in Complete status.

Is there a workaround for this or can this be done?
