I have a requirement to implement Kin care Cesla absence. Its related to FMLA , CFRA , PTO, Sick plans.
For some request it will run in concurrent with accruals plans like PTO, Sick.
We have enabled concurrent in Qual plans like FMLA, CFRA but not in accruals plans.
How to track the usage of kin care request when employee balance get deducted from FMLA, CFRA, PTO.
At the same time FMLA plan is attached on many other absence type. So, to track the usage of FMLA and other plans.
