Adding learning outcomes when creating course & offering in manage catalog resources

Hello,

I've realised it's a lot quicker to create a course/offering directly through clicking on the resource under Manage Catalog Resources however I've noticed it doesn't quite have the same functionality and won't actually let me add in Learning outcomes/competencies. To add this in, I need to create the course/offering etc and then go back into the course through Learning Catalog.

Just wondering if there's a workaround here/a way of adding a learning outcome when you're creating a course/offering directly from the content in manage catalog resources.
