Highfield Learning Counter Terrorism E-Learning (ACT Awareness / Security)

Summary:

Does anyone else require their staff to complete the Highfield ACT Awareness and ACT Security e-learning? Have you had any issues with tracking on OLC?

We are having issues with the courses marking as completed if the learner closes it at any point before it is finished. Highfield have said the courses are set up Passed / Incomplete, but there are no quizzes, so the mastery score is effectively zero. I'm pretty sure this is the issue.

On Moodle, we specify that the system ignores the pass mark and just waits for either a passed or completed call. This seems to work.
