Summary:

Manager/Compensation Manager can’t generate statements for a couple of employees.

When acts as proxy user and click on print compensation statement, we are getting ' we can't open this file , something went wrong' error


Content (required):

  • Proxy in as User
  • Select Consolidated Compensation Statement Plan
  • Select Print Compensation Statement
  • Click View or Print icon next to applicable employees
