Summary:

We have an item which has onhand quantity of 1000 and open PO 100 quantities. When user is trying to change item status from active to inactive , a warning message appears if we proceed then the item status getting changed to inactive.

Is this standard behavior or any new feature? Earlier we used to receive below Error Message which will not allow the status change.

Error: "The Inventory Asset Value item attribute cannot be updated since on-hand quantity exists or inventory transactions have not been interfaced to Cost Management"

Expectation : System should not allow status change if we have pending onhand quantity and open transactions.
