I’d be interested to hear how other organizations manage Learning. What part of your organization does the ownership of Learning sit (Learning & Development (w/in HR) or outside of HR?) How does your organization handle multiple areas of learning content? For example, we have a Talent Development COE within HR and then there are those outside of HR that manage their own content in Learning (e.g. Compliance, Claims, etc...). How does your organization support Learning? Is the support within HR, IT or with whomever is the ‘owner’ or ‘content owner’ of the Learning? I’d be grateful for anyone willing to share their
