Can we refer data from PaaS DB in Time and Labor Fast Formula?

Summary: We are unable to make use of delivered web clock functionality hence we have created web clock using vbcs and able to record clock in clock out in PaaS DB. Now these recorded punches, we would like to refer in our fast formula so that we can compare the actual duration of hours reported in time card against duration derived from web clock in and clock out and if not same then throw error / warning.

Currently in OTL Fast Formula we are unable to refer the entries stored in PaaS DB. Is there any way to refer these entries.
