SV: Dimension folder not diplayed for private connection if using Citrix

Hi all

We have an issue where we do not see the Dimension folder for SV private connection. It seems to be related to Citrix, as when we installed the Planning extension id does not display under the SV extensions. We do not get an error during the installation, but it does not display.


Any one experienced this issue before?
