Which Alert is sent when using the Actions > Send Alert to Learners/Instructors on an Offering.

When selecting either option, a confirmation message appears saying "The alert template will be processed for the selected people soon."

Please advise which template is used and where this is configured. I checked under Alert History and nothing has triggered.
