one IA connector to rule them all

As an organisation we make significant use of Intelligent Advisor (IA), we have built many interviews and for the most part the collected interview data ends up in Service Cloud, nothing new here.

We are also building a APEX based application and want to be able to reuse a significant portion of the current IA and new IA interviews as a means of shortcutting development time for the APEX team. Using IA as a data capture form with all of its built-in capabilities seems a no brainer right?

Because we do not want to expose our OCI DB’s to the internet the logical thing to do is utilise OICS to isolate the front end from our back end. However the IA connectors supplied for OICS are effectively tied to a specific IA interview which is bad as one would need to build an integration flow for each interview (which lets face it is a pain especially from a maintenance perspective)
