Mandatory Comments on each form
Is it possible to force an user to write a comments after completion of a data entry form?
We have a requirement that each user is obliged to explain the reasons and drivers of his declaration. We cannot use the comments of the task manager because the same task is assigned to multiple users, who complete it each for its provisioning area (user A declares revenue for ORG_A; user B declares revenue for ORG_B within the same task, which is assigned to both without using Organizational Units).
Is there a way to achieve this requirement? Maybe within the Approval Unit or with some other functionality or with workaround with text account?
