Role Delegation Issue

Role Delegation Issue:
Employee A has Delegated a Role to Employee B via (User Account Page) , but Employee B is unable to view Employee A’s Direct Reports. [Navigation: My Team > Assignment Field (LOV)]
But Employee B is able to view Other Delegator’s Direct Reports. [Navigation: My Team > Assignment Field (LOV)]
Can you please help in resolving this issue or anybody have gone through this kind of issues.
