Can we change the time layout screen?

Summary:

This there a way to edit or change what employees see on the time layout screen?

Content (required):

We have employees who allocate time to projects or activities on their timecards and they might enter multiple projects a day. The projects don't show up and they have to click on the hours to see which project goes with those hours. Is there a way to have the Project and Activity fields displayed so they can easily see the project or activity associated with the hours?
