Dialog window is not popup

Hello everyone, I am using the Dialog component but for some reason it is not showing as Pop-up like before. It is being displayed as if it were an embedded window on the same page.

I tried another Dialog that I already had and that one works normally.

This is my Dialog code that I have problems with.

This is another old Dialog and it works normal.

Can you tell me if maybe it is some update that I should fix.
