We just upgraded our first environment to R13 and noticed that the Announcement banner looks different, and not as nice as it did in R12. R12 had a nice border around it, a lighter background color and the margins for the text were even on the left and right. R13 has no border, the background color is darker and there is no left-side margin for the text. Does anyone know if there's a way to make the R13 announcement banner look like it does in R12? It just looks like it's taking a few steps back, design-wise, which is unfortunate.
