Bulk Ship confirm options other than Confirm Shipments ESS

Summary:

Hi, we have a requirement in Fusion to perform bulk ship confirmations on the sales orders which are in staging area. We could not use the standard ESS program "Confirm Shipments" due to the reason that there is no way to provide the waybill number while confirming the shipments. Hence looking for any other available options.

Content (required):

We see there is an FBDI called "Perform Shipping Transactions Import" which does the pick release, pick confirm and ship confirm in single go. However, we don't want to auto perform the pick release and pick confirm and just need to bulk ship confirm. Hence, we can't use this FBDI as well. Please let us know if we have any other options available in Fusion to achieve this requirement.
