Monthly Balance for Accrual Absence Plan

Hi everyone,

Do you know if there is a possibility to create an accrual absence plan that has the below requirements?

-      Frequency: monthly .

-      Balance should be 12 days monthly and the balance expires at the end of each month and will NOT be allowed to carryover into the next month.

Now the system allows you to do this but it will calculate per year so it will be 12days x 12 months = 144 that means that everytime the employee would want to add this absence will need to go to existing absences and count how many days per month he has left and it will be confusing. Also year balance should decrease automatically every month as it will not allow caryover from month to month.
